This apartment building, located in Billerica, MA has received zoning approval and is now under construction. Designed as a three-story mixed-use development, the development includes ground-floor retail spaces and an Italian restaurant, bringing new commercial energy to the street level. The upper floors will house market-rate apartments, providing much-needed residential options in the area. Working with the developer in a design-build project delivery, Meander has designed twenty units varying between 1 and 3 bedrooms, many of which feature panoramic views of the Concord River. The development is also providing a bus stop, which will allow easy access to MBTA regional rail, reaching North Station in as little as 70 minutes via public transportation. Completion is anticipated for Fall 2026.
