Project Description

Roxbury Tenants of Harvard is a nonprofit housing and human services organization located in the Longwood Medical District. Their campus contains a large number of apartment units, support staff office areas, and community spaces. RTH community services meet critical needs for the residents while also providing recreational opportunities for residents. Meander Studio inventoried these spaces, confirmed accuracy of existing drawings and documented needs. Based upon those observations and conversations we developed options for future use that prioritized modern needs. Through this study we identified critical projects which are now proceeding deeper into the design process.
