Project Description

The Broadway Street Apartments was a design study for a proposed mixed-use development, commissioned to explore construction possibilities on a key urban site.

The study included zoning research and an early-phase investigation of massing, program, and façade articulation. The design envisioned residential units above ground-floor commercial space, activating the street edge and enhancing neighborhood connectivity. While the project did not proceed to construction, it served as a valuable exploration of how the site could support future development that respects the character and scale of its surroundings.
