Project Description

Reimagines an old office building that had not been updated in decades. We are incorporating an attractive new main entry area, including an outdoor entry garden and a refreshed lobby. We also upgraded the exterior windows. Inside, we are providing an open office concept. We updated the building core with new bathrooms and installed an elevator. Once a tenant is chosen, we will work with them to fit out the rest of the interior tailored to their specific needs.
