Project Description

The Billerica Apartment Building has received zoning approval and is now under construction. Designed as a three-story mixed-use development, the building includes ground-floor retail spaces and an Italian restaurant, bringing new commercial energy to the street level. The upper floors will house market-rate apartments, providing much-needed residential options in the area. The project has entered the Construction Documents phase and is actively progressing on site.
